I have flat feet and am prone to plantar fasciitis, and these things have been working wonders for me!

I wear em everyday and have really felt my feet loosen up. This has resulted in my ankles, legs and back feeling looser too. Wild. Everyone should have a pair.

Impressed with Shawn’s invention.. I personally don’t have time to stand in one spot for 15 mins rolling a tennis ball under my foot so this makes it easy for me to stretch my plantar region while doing something productive like folding laundry or doing my dishes. Pretty rad!

Even using the smallest inserts on both feet, I can feel the difference after some (15 minute) sessions.
Going to switch to the medium insert on the problem side.
